What is your return policy?

Our return process:
Returns are available within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on in the bag they were shipped in. We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the items, the refund may take 5-7 days to reach you, depending on your banks processing times. Items purchased through Cash on Delivery will only be refunded as TGM store credit.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued within 48 hours of returns' quality approval. Card refund take 5-7 working days. Cash on Delivery payments are
refunded immediately as store credit only.

Can I return multiple orders at the same time?

No, items from separate orders must be returned in separate packages.

I had paid cash on delivery and returned my order, can I get the cash back?

Yes, you will receive the total value in the form of a shopping voucher.

How do I return an item in my order?

For UAE orders, simply visit https://thegivingmovement.clickpost.ai/returns/

For international orders, returns need to be shipped back by you via a courier of your choice. Shipping costs are not covered by TGM. To make a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. E-mail us at team@thegivingmovement.com with your order number and the details of the item/s you would like to return.
  2. Once our team has confirmed the return and provided the return address, pack your item/s and invoice into a bag or box.
  3. On the Airway Bill, please include your invoice number and note ""Return shipment to the UAE”. Mail your return using your carrier of choice.

Which items can be returned?

Free UAE Returns - 14 Days

We want to ensure you are always happy with your TGM products. As such, we offer returns up to 14 days after we receive your items. Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on in the bag they were shipped in. We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the goods, the refund may take 5-7 days to reach you, depending on your banks processing times.

If your original payment method was cash on delivery, we can offer a store credit for the original amount.

Products purchased during sale events will be refunded through TGM shopping vouchers only.

International Returns - 14 Days

We can only offer store credit for any items returned internationally upon receipt. For international returns we can accept a return request up to 14 days after the delivered date, you will need to return the goods back to us with your own courier. To ship an item back to The Giving Movement please:

Email team@thegivingmovement.com with your order number and details of the item/s you would like to return. Once our team have confirmed and provided the return address, pack your item(s) and invoice into a bag or box. On the Airway Bill, please include your invoice number and note ""Return shipment to UAE”. Mail your return using your carrier of choice.

How can I track my return parcel?

You can track your order by checking the Airway Bill (AWB) number we will send you on the shipping confirmation e-mail, or it can be accessed via your order details under My Account.
